Fields resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager (Essential)\nMaintains the petty cash fund, ensuring to record expenditures in the proper accounts (Essential)\nPerforms general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned (Essential)\nCollects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, rent, inspection, application or other miscellaneous fees in Yardi; records in the proper accounts and issues receipts (Essential)\nPrepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.\nAssist with accepting guest reservations in person and via phone\nEnsure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed\nAssist with planning and coordinating guest and resident relations events and activities within the resort\nAssist with the preparation of marketing materials\nMake collection calls for site rental payments as directed; submit bad debt files to collections\nProcess resident move-ins and move-outs\nComplete and maintain resort records, reports, and files\nRefer sales prospects to the RV Resort Manager and/or Sales Manager and enter prospect information into property management/reservation system in a timely manner\nObtain approvals on prospective resident applications; track all approvals and denials\nAssist prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory; review home listings, show homes, and assist with rental applications\nReview and code invoices and other payables & submit to manager approval\nOther duties as assigned\nCheck guests in and out for their reservations\nGreet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents\nField resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to resort leadership\nMaintain petty cash fund\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)\n2 years in administrative experience (Required)\n6 months in previous experience using property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred)\n6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred)\nStrong customer service skills\nExcellent telephone skills\nGood problem solving skills\nProfessional appearance\nIntermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner\nMust have a valid driver's license\nREWARDING BENEFITS\nAt Sun Outdoors, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
