(Essential)\nWork closely with the business analyst and development team in an agile environment to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery of features. (Essential)\nPartner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and elegant digital experiences. (Essential)\nServe as a subject matter expert and champion for portal functionality and digital resident engagement within the company.\nMonitor usage metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform ongoing enhancements and innovations.\nContinuously advance the Customer Portal to deliver value, ease of use, and engagement across the resident lifecycle.\nMay expand responsibilities to lead additional projects, such as internal team member mobile app or other digital products.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)\n5 years in of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in digital product development (Required)\n1 year in building/managing customer portals, especially in the property management or real estate industry (Preferred)\nProven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution\nFamiliarity with web and mobile app development and platform best practices (iOS)\nExcellent skills in requirements gathering, road mapping, user story creation, and agile development\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority\nAdept at interpreting analytics and customer feedback to drive product decisions\nFamiliarity with integration points between customer portals and ERP or property management systems, preferred\nUnderstanding of secure portal login experiences, digital payment tools, self-service workflows, and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance user experience, preferred\nBENEFITS\nAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
