Provides prospects with appropriate information regarding the community as requested (Essential)\nPerforms general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned (Essential)\nAssists with the preparation of marketing materials including brochures and flyers that pertain to homes for sale (new, pre-owned, and brokered homes), community events, and other related materials as directed by their manager (Essential)\nAssists prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory (Essential)\nReviews new and pre-owned home listings, shows homes to prospective residents, and assists with rental applications at the discretion of the Community/Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor (Essential)\nRefers all sales prospects to Community/Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor, completes prospect card, and enters lead into NetSuite in a timely manner\nCoordinates with the Underwriting department to obtain approvals on prospective resident applicants; tracks all approvals and denials\nReviews and codes invoices and statements for Community/Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor approval\nHandles and resolves resident/customer routine questions and inquires in a timely and professional manner. Fields comments, suggestions, and complex situations to the appropriate manager\nEnsures office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepares supply orders as needed\nPrepares and prints communications such as lease agreements, addendums to lease agreements, and notices to vacate as necessary\nAssists with planning and coordinating resident relations events and activities within the community\nMaintains records and files in accordance with the Operations Manual\nCompletes new move-in incentive requests for non-Sun Homes deals\nOther duties as assigned\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)\n1 year in in a sales coordinator or in another administrative position (Required)\nStrong customer service skills\nGood problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProfessional appearance\nIntermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner\nMust have a valid driver's license\nBENEFITS\nAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
