They are also responsible to prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.\n Job Duties\nShows prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community (Essential)\nCoordinates model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture) (Essential)\nCoordinates and manages the Lease Purchase Program, including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions (Essential)\nRequests closing packages and performs closings (Essential)\nAdvertises and markets homes for sale in the resort/community (i.e. ads, flyers, mailers, banners, visits local employers, etc.) (Essential)\nCollaborates with Sales Manager and/or appropriate manager to select sites for Sun Homes models.
