(Essential)\nTraining, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.\nScheduling and facilitating Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.\nMonitoring progress and performance and helping teams make improvements.\nPlanning and organizing release handoff sessions between the Development and Quality Assurance teams.\nFacilitate planning and prioritization discussion for agile activities.\nAbility to work with onshore and offshore teams, managing schedules and expectations of Scrum teams.\nPreparing and presenting backlog status reports to stakeholders.\nGuide the teams to follow agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each release.\nCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.\nReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.\nTrain the Scrum team and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.\nDetermining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)\nBachelor's Degree (Required)\n3 years in experience as a Scrum Master (Required)\n1 year in ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Required)\nExperience with NetSuite\nStrong knowledge of agile Scrum principles and practices\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with functional and technical audiences\nEffective at working across organizational boundaries\nExtensive knowledge of Work Management Software, preferably Wrike\nMust have a valid driver's license\nPreferred Certifications/Licensures:(Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).)\nBENEFITS\nAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
