(Essential)\nApply a consultative approach that blends project delivery, business analysis, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to recommend practical solutions. (Essential)\nAssess business processes and existing systems to identify opportunities to simplify work, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, enhance user experience, automate processes, and responsibly apply artificial intelligence (AI). (Essential)\nTranslate business objectives and complex needs into clear solution concepts, requirements, process designs, prototypes, roadmaps, and actionable delivery plans. (Essential)\nCoordinate across Product Owners, Systems Managers, Development, Quality Assurance, business stakeholders, vendors, and other technical resources to support aligned delivery. (Essential)\nDevelop prototypes, proofs of concept, process models, and other early solution artifacts to validate ideas, clarify requirements, and accelerate decision-making. (Essential)\nManage multiple initiatives of varying size, complexity, and stage while maintaining priorities, stakeholder alignment, documentation, risk and dependency management, and forward progress.\nLeverage AI tools extensively and responsibly to support transcript analysis, documentation, requirements generation, meeting summaries, research, solution design, and delivery efficiency.\nFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions to build shared understanding, resolve ambiguity, and guide decision-making.\nPartner with delivery teams to support transition from concept through execution, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure initiative artifacts are current and aligned with established Solution Delivery processes, templates, governance, security, architecture, and documentation standards.\nCommunicate recommendations, trade-offs, risks, decisions, and progress clearly to business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders.\nWork independently with minimal direction, proactively solving problems and driving tasks to completion.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required)\nMaster's Degree in in Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. (Preferred)\n7 years in of experience in enterprise solutions, business analysis, solution delivery, or a related field (Required)\nExperience leading business discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, process improvement, and cross-functional technology initiatives (Required)\nExperience managing multiple initiatives of varying size and complexity (Required)\nExperience working with Product Owners, Systems Managers, Development, Quality Assurance, business leaders, and technical resources (Required)\nExperience identifying and shaping automation, artificial intelligence, systems optimization, and user experience opportunities (Preferred)\nMust have a valid driver's license\nStrong consulting, facilitation, requirements elicitation, process analysis, problem-solving, and solution design skills\nAbility to connect business goals with practical, scalable, secure, and supportable technology solutions\nAbility to create clear requirements, process models, solution concepts, prototypes, roadmaps, and executive-level communications\nProficiency with collaboration, documentation, visualization, prototyping, project delivery, and AI tools\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide groups toward decisions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences\nDemonstrate curiosity, versatility, sound judgment, accountability, and commitment to measurable business outcomes\nBENEFITS\nAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
