The ideal candidate instinctively reaches for an LLM before opening a document, prototypes before writing specifications, and treats “can AI do this better” as the first question rather than an afterthought.\nThis role covers end-to-end product management: requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, stakeholder coordination, and rollouts. The expectation is that all of these responsibilities are executed in an AI-first way: faster, sharper, and built to scale.\nWhat you will be expected to do:\n1. Product Discovery & Problem Framing\nWork with stakeholders including customers, agents, operations, field teams, and business leads to identify workflow pain points.\nDocument opportunities as structured briefs rather than simple ticket descriptions.\nUse AI to synthesize inputs, identify patterns, and convert ambiguity into actionable solutions.\n2. Prototype Before Spec\nBuild working proofs-of-concept using LLM APIs, automation tools, or lightweight scripts.\nValidate whether an AI-first approach solves the problem effectively.\nShip quickly and learn even faster.\n3. Documentation & Handoffs\nCreate sharp, handoff-ready documentation such as use cases, flow charts, PRDs, and system requirements.\nUse AI in documentation workflows but ensure accuracy by catching errors that AI may introduce.\n4. Execution & Rollouts\nCoordinate releases, manage testing, and track adoption.\nResolve stakeholder queries and issues through WhatsApp, ticketing tools, and email.\nOwn rollout sequencing and ensure readiness across teams.\n5. Automation & Data\nIdentify repetitive business processes and automate them using reliable tools.\nPerform regular analytics to track, monitor, and drive product usage.\n6. Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional groups and the development team throughout the product lifecycle.\nKeep stakeholders informed at every stage.\n 7. Travel\n Travel as required to Sun King markets, including Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar, and Tanzania.\nYou might be a strong candidate if you have/are:\nA bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).\n1-3 years of prior professional experience in product management, automation, or related technology roles.\nHands-on experience with SQL.\nA GitHub profile or portfolio with shipped prototypes, automations, or internal tools.\nEvidence of LLM and AI foundations (Anthropic courses, fast.ai, DeepLearning.AI, or equivalent self-learning).\nExperience working with data to track and push product usage.\nAbility to structure and analyze ambiguous problems.\nClear communication skills across workflows, feature descriptions, Slack messages, and stakeholder updates.\nProactive attitude and willingness to get hands-on.\nAttention to detail and strong documentation skills.\nWhat Sun King offers:\nProfessional growth in a dynamic, rapidly expanding, high-social-impact industry\nAn open-minded, collaborative culture made up of enthusiastic colleagues who are driven by the challenge of innovation towards profound impact on people and the planet.\nA truly multicultural experience: you will have the chance to work with and learn from people from different geographies, nationalities, and backgrounds.\nStructured, tailored learning and development programs that help you become a better leader, manager, and professional through the Sun King Center for Leadership.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3662,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Energy
