You will own design quality across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready, user-centric products that align with global trends in the new-energy sector.\n\nWhat you will be expected to do\nLead appearance design, CMF specifications, and UI for energy storage products, inverters, and accessories; conduct conceptual design for physical HMI, ergonomics, and installation solutions.\nCreate high-quality product renders and marketing visual assets.\nOversee prototyping details, sample acceptance, and design validation.\nCollaborate with mechanical, hardware, and marketing teams to deliver production-ready designs across the full product lifecycle from concept to mass production.\nConduct design research and validation for existing-product optimization, and monitor global design trends and user experience in the new-energy / energy-storage sector.\nYou might be a strong candidate if you have/are\nBachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or related design disciplines.\nAt least 3 years of industrial-design experience, with at least 2 mass-market launched products.\nStrong sketching skills, solid design fundamentals, aesthetic judgment, and form-development / surface-modelling capabilities.\nProficiency in mainstream industrial-design and rendering tools (Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, etc.) and basic graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).\nKnowledge of common materials (plastic, soft rubber, sheet metal) and manufacturing processes (injection moulding, CNC, 3D printing, bending, welding).\nOutstanding communication and teamwork skills, with accurate requirement comprehension and efficient delivery;
