You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our agents and staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet their KPIs towards measurable business outcomes. This position will require extensive travel within the region.\nWhat you would be expected to do:\nOverseeing, planning, and delivering training to SP/FSE’s and Field staff to ensure that the tools and processes are properly assimilated.\nDelivering classroom and/or field training.\nMaintaining set KPIs and achieving training targets as required.\nDesigning training assessments with the guidance of the Training Manager.\nEnsuring 100% adoption and usage of technology-based work tools by all field staff.\nDriving consistent & accelerated learning performance through data tools.\nTimely disclosure of policies, training updates & changes to the relevant departments.\nCollect and provide feedback on the implementation of new tools, products and processes.\nRunning & administration of knowledge-based platforms.\nDrive engagement & lesson completion of Litmos (learning management system).\nInduction and mentoring of field-based staff.\nProvide assistance with the development and improvement of training materials and concepts.\nCustomer experience audit: Coordinating with the programs and field teams to observe and audit the implementation of customer processes and provide feedback to the stakeholders.\nProvide assistance with ad-hoc projects related to field activities of FSEs/SPs or field staff when required.\nYou might be a strong candidate if you\nAdvanced Degree/Diploma or equivalent from a recognised institution, preferably a background in Education, or any related field.\nAt least 2+ years of background in training and coaching, preferably in the areas of sales or marketing.\nAbility to conceptualise and develop a conducive learning environment.\nDiligence, accuracy, reliability and a high level of care.\nSkilled in Microsoft Office and other visualisation tools.\nProcess-oriented and problem-solving skills.\nFlexibility to travel frequently in remote areas.\nConversant with the use of smartphones and phone applications.\nKnowledge of LMS tools is an added advantage.\nOutstanding communication and social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders fluently in both written and spoken English and
