will be expected to do\n\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in Java and Python, with hands-on expertise in frameworks such as\nSpring Boot and Django/FastAPI.\nExpertise in AWS, with working experience in Lambda, SQS, S3, EC2 (Linux-based VMs), Load Balancer,\nand RDS\nExpertise in SQL: query plans, indexing, locking, primary-replica architecture, and schema changes on\nlive tables\nPrior experience working with Redis\nExperience with microservices and distributed, event-driven system design: webhooks, queues, and\nthird-party API integrations\nObservability experience with Grafana and Prometheus/Loki, or an equivalent stack\nExperience running Docker in production (images, Compose, and runtime configs)\nWorking experience with message brokers and event-streaming systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in\nday-to-day development\nYou might be a strong candidate if you have/are\n\nLead incident RCAs, reasoning from what changed against a baseline rather than from snapshots\nWrite design docs and architecture maps\nMentor engineers through code review and pairing\nOwn systems after launch, including on-call, runbooks, and cost\nUse AI coding assistants every day, applying the judgement to review, test, and take ownership of the\ncode they help generate\nDesign and build applications and systems from wireframes and product requirements documents\nIdentify and fix bottlenecks and bugs according to operational requirements\nDesign and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements\nBuild for scalability, performance, service robustness, and cost trade-offs\nCreate prototypes and proofs of concept for iterative development\nTake
