The process often requires reviewing the account information in database, and/or asking probing questions to better know potential objections to payment.\nOvercome stalls and objections suggest money sources for debt payment. That is minimizing resistance for payments and suggest available customer-friendly payment options.\nUtilize payment options (credits cards, direct checks) and secure this information so that administrative services can process.\nOffer customers several payment options and arrange for the prompt repayment of balances.\nNegotiate settlements outside of normal guidelines, authorize credit bureaus deletions, negotiate payment arrangements over a longer span of time than normal.\nUpdating the account details of customers and resolving pending customer issues.\nEscalate and file all fraud cases and follow up with efficient timelines and solutions benefiting both the company and clients\nUpdating correct customer data and information during collections calls check off.\nEnsure security and data protection on all clients’ data capture during collections interactions.\nCapture customers complaints and escalate to relevant information using the available tools.\nYou might be a strong candidate if you\nHave a Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service Management, or Business-related courses - Sales, Marketing.\nReside in Douala, Cameroon\nHave Fluency in both English and French (mandatory).\nAre fluent in at least one local dialect (Pidgin, Duala, Bassa, Bamileke… )\nHave good social skills.\nHave Maximum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
