The Analyst will support the newly established ETF mandate, manage day-to-day ETF operations activities, and assist the Investment Operations Support team. The successful candidate will continuously improve the team’s efficiency, analytical, and delivery capabilities.\nWhat will you do?\nManage daily reconciliation, settlement, trade support and delivery of the PCF, demonstrating consistent technical proficiency\nMonitor corporate actions and independently determine the best course of action\nLead by example in providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients\nPerform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact\nRespond to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service\nProactively identify risks and opportunities for improvements based on your solid understanding of how the work impacts the team and business\nTake a lead role in participating in operational related projects; identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies\nOther duties as assigned by the manager\nWhat do you need to succeed?\n3 to 6 years of investment operations experience\nDegree in business, math, computer science, engineering or a related field\nFamiliarity with various financial asset classes (ETFs, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, FoF structures, derivatives)\nExperience building data quality workflows, either internally or using third-party tools\nAttention to accuracy and detail\nStrong oral and written communication skills with ability to clearly express opinions and recommendations\nTime management and organizational skills to set short-term priorities while working under strict deadlines\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with order management systems (Charles River, Bloomberg AIM)\nDemonstrated experience in adding operational efficiencies and augmenting and enhancing existing processes\nTechnical savvy in SQL, databases, and ETL tools.
