The role is responsible for managing the product backlog, driving strategic enhancements, resolving critical client-impacting issues, and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve digital client experience and operational efficiency.\nThis role requires strong ownership, execution discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance business priorities, technology constraints, operational impacts, and client experience.
