Our values shape how we work: caring, authentic, bold, inspiring, and impactful.\nWhen you join Sun Life, you'll work with passionate colleagues and empowering leaders who support your growth and celebrate your contributions, so you can make a meaningful difference in our Clients' lives.\nDiscover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.\nJob Description:\nJob description (heading) / Description du poste (titre)\nBusiness Support Services\nEnsure efficient delivery of workplace support services in alignment with business needs and employee experience objectives.\nManage vendor relationships, contract administration, performance monitoring, and service level agreements (SLAs).\nAdministration & Governance\nLead governance and oversight of physical fixed assets, including asset lifecycle management, inventory control, physical verification, movement, and disposal activities.\nFinancial Governance\nManage FM-related Accounts Payable activities, invoice validation, budget tracking, and payment administration.\nSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.\nMonitor expenditures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.\nPhysical Security & Resilience Support\nOversee workplace security controls, including access control systems, visitor management processes, and CCTV governance.\nSupport workplace Health, Safety & Sustainability initiatives.\nCoordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, exercises, and crisis preparedness programs.\nManage records management programs, ensuring compliance with our company policies and regulatory requirements.\nKey Competencies\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong people leadership, with the ability to coach and develop teams, lead change effectively, and apply strategic thinking to support business priorities and operational transformation.\nStrong functional capability is required across governance and compliance, vendor and contract management, asset management, financial administration, risk management, business continuity awareness, and process improvement.\nThe role requires a professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high integrity and accountability, a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to influence and collaborate across functions.\nQualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Facility Management, Finance, or a related discipline\nProfessional certifications in Facility Management, Business Continuity Management, Project Management, or Workplace Management are an advantage.\nMinimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.\nMinimum 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.\nExperience within financial services, insurance, banking, multinational corporations, or professional services environments is preferred.\nCommunication scope\nInternal Stakeholders: Regular interaction with Corporate and Regional Office teams through biweekly and monthly coordination meetings on health and safety, physical security, records management, and facility operations. Collaborates with department heads to understand and support business and workplace needs.\nExternal Stakeholders: Manages relationships with vendors and contractors for security, records storage services, courier and other facility services.
