In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our technology operations, including application support, data support, and Performance management /Site Reliability engineer\nEligibility: These internship opportunities are open exclusively to current third-year degree students who are required to complete an internship or work placement as a mandatory part of their degree program/coursework. Applicants must be returning to their studies following the internship and be able to provide confirmation from their educational institution that the placement forms part of their course requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide application support: Assist and gain exposure in the monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our core business applications.\nOffer data support: Participate in data management tasks, such as data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nExplore infrastructure cloud exposure: Gain experience in cloud-based infrastructure management, including deployment, configuration, and monitoring.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our IT, development, and operations teams to understand the end-to-end technology landscape.\nContribute to continuous improvement: Identify and suggest areas for process optimization and system enhancements.\nParticipate in training and development: Engage in learning opportunities to expand your technical knowledge and skills.\nParticipate in InternConnect learning sessions\nQualifications and Skills:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nFamiliarity with basic programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL ).\nExposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work in a hybrid environment, with both remote and on-site components.\nEnthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.\nThis internship is designed to provide a well-rounded experience in the technology foundation of our organization.
