The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, financial reporting, and system enhancements in distribution systems.\n Key Responsibilities:\n1. Assist in administering payroll and benefits for advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n2. Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support disbursements\n3. Compile and analyze advisor withholding tax reports, ensuring reconciliation with source documents and the general ledger.\n4. Generate and process ad hoc reports, including Advisor's Clearance, Advisor's Certificate, and Branch Fund reports.\n5. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ACBU's projects, initiatives, and system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.\n6.
