Activities include supporting survey participation, conducting benchmarking activities and developing summaries to support the executive decision-making process\nAnalyze and report on compensation and governance best practices by monitoring industry trends, and reviewing related research\nPerform complex research, statistical analysis, and reporting using HR Information Systems, primarily Workday\nParticipate in senior management / business partner discussions regarding initiatives/changes in organization structures and compensation programs\nPrepare materials to support the regular reporting to senior management and the Board\nLeads (or participates) in specific compensation projects from planning through to implementation\nHandle complex inquiries that have been redirected from business partners\nPerform job evaluations and compensation recommendations for executive population, globally\nProvide analytical support towards the development of the annual Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) disclosure in the Management Proxy Circular\nSupport year-end activities for Executive population\nWhat do you need to succeed?\nUniversity degree (or equivalent work experience) and 3-6 years of relevant experience; Total Rewards experience preferred\nStrong knowledge of compensation practices and theory; preferably in executive compensation\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; the ability to create and maintain complex, dynamic spreadsheets\nExperience in leveraging HR Information Systems to administer compensation programs and extract data for analysis; Workday experience an asset\nExcellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy\nAbility to communicate to a wide variety of audiences clearly and concisely at all organizational levels, expressing opinions, conclusions, and recommendations\nExcellent interpersonal and consulting skills, incorporating different perspectives, backgrounds, and styles\nExcellent initiative to plan and manage work independently, including proactively solving problems and identifying ways to improve work processes and practices\nProfessionalism and diplomacy pertaining to all areas of discretion and confidentiality\nKnowledge of financial services sector considered an asset\nWhat's in it for you?\nThe opportunity to move along a variety of career paths with amazing networking potential\nFlexible Benefits from the day you join to meet the needs of you and your family\nWe’re committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment.
