This includes, but not limited to managing the MPF scheme’s daily dealing activities, and being responsible for ensuring the entire asset management function abides the regulatory guidelines/restrictions as set by the MPFA and the SFC\nRegularly review and enhance investment processes to make sure our flow/procedure is both effective and efficient.\nPerform all aspects of fund/fund manager screening, due diligence, selection, monitoring, evaluation as well as formulating strategic and tactical asset allocation.\nJointly accountable for making tactical allocation to underlying funds/fund managers to deliver results in meeting performance targets.\nSupport AMC’s business initiatives including product design and launch, and manage external manager relationship.\nResponsibilities\nPerform asset management function abide by the SFC and the MPFA regulations\nAll aspects of fund/fund manager screening, due diligence, selection, monitoring, evaluation, as well as formulating strategic and tactical asset allocation\nConduct dealing activities, and research on macro and multi-asset classes\nProvide regular performance analysis, report, review, and commentaries for publication of fund factsheets, brochures, and other marketing materials for existing clients and prospects\nRegularly review and enhance investment process\nPreferred skills\nSolid financial background with good understanding of the global financial market, and the ability to think laterally across sectors and multi-asset classes\nStrong understanding of asset management strategies and regulatory compliance\nKnowledge of MPF market and products, competition and the relevant regulatory framework\nGood understanding of fund distribution landscape in HK as well as in the region\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders\nGood team player, positive attitude, ability to think out-of-the-box\nHigh professional integrity\nStrong client-first mindset with a relentless focus on delivery of fund performance\nQualifications\nUniversity graduate in Investment, Finance, Economics or similar discipline\nOver 10 years of working experience in portfolio management or related fields\nCFA charter holder and/or other relevant professional qualifications a plus\nAt Sun Life, we’re driven by our Purpose: to help Clients build lifetime financial security and lead healthier lives.
