You will work across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, enterprise browsers, endpoint technologies, automation and security while partnering with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, operations, vendors and business teams.\nWhat will you do?\nLead technical engineering initiatives from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing and operational transition, managing dependencies, risks and deliverables.\nEngineer and support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams services, applications, integrations and collaboration capabilities, including complex Level 3 issues.\nDesign scripts, API integrations, automated workflows, monitoring and deployment solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and related automation technologies.\nEngineer and govern enterprise browsers and endpoints, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, extensions, configurations, security controls and lifecycle management.\nEvaluate technologies and integrations for technical feasibility, security, supportability and business value, and support security remediation, audit and technology-control activities.\nDevelop technical designs, implementation plans, testing approaches and documentation, and communicate recommendations, risks and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.\nWhat do you need to succeed?\nExperience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams services in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading technical projects from requirements and planning through production implementation and operational transition.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex enterprise technologies, complete root-cause analysis and develop practical technical solutions.\nExperience developing scripts and automated solutions using PowerShell, APIs or workflow technologies.\nAbility to communicate technical recommendations and build alignment across technical teams, business partners and other stakeholders.\nUniversity degree, college diploma, equivalent work experience, or a combination of relevant education and industry experience.\nAssets\nMicrosoft Graph and REST API development.\nMicrosoft Teams applications, bots, custom applications or third-party integrations.\nMicrosoft Intune, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, modern authentication, Conditional Access, OAuth/OIDC, application registrations or enterprise applications.\nMicrosoft Copilot, AI agents, AI-enabled automation or workflow automation.\nExperience with hybrid cloud and SaaS environments, Agile or ITIL delivery, or relevant Microsoft technology certifications.\nThis role requires Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance. As part of the clearance process, the Government of Canada will conduct a law-enforcement inquiry and credit check and ask whether you have lived or travelled outside Canada for six consecutive months during the previous five years. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
