This temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist position offers the opportunity to lead critical and senior-level hiring, partner directly with business and C-suite leaders, and bring fresh ideas to recruitment delivery and the candidate experience. recruitment from intake and job description development through sourcing, assessment, offer, pre-employment clearance and onboarding handover for assigned portfolios.\nPrioritize critical, senior, statutory and specialist roles, maintain strong candidate pipelines and apply consistent selection standards.\nManage sourcing and ensure quality submission of candidates \n(2) Manage Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Recruitment Reporting\nPartner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs, role profiles, selection criteria and hiring plans.\nProvide regular, accurate and decision-ready recruitment tracker and status updates to all hiring managers, including the Senior Management Team and C-suite leaders, highlighting progress, risks, ageing, dependencies and required decisions.\n(3) Manage talent acquisition compliance and controls\nMonitor completion and evidence of background checks, reference checks, anti-money laundering and other required pre-employment controls before the applicable start date.\nMaintain recruitment documentation, audit readiness, policy adherence, issue logs, remediation follow-up and recurring compliance reporting.\n(4) Drive recruitment analytics and process improvement\nAnalyze recruitment data and tracker trends to improve time to fill, pipeline health, hiring quality, stakeholder experience and control effectiveness.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements using Workday, dashboards, digital tools and standardized workflows. \nPreferred skills\nAdvanced knowledge of end-to-end talent acquisition, senior and specialist hiring, executive stakeholder management and candidate assessment.\nWorking knowledge of Indonesia employment practices and regulated-industry recruitment controls, including background checking, documentation, audit readiness and regulatory reporting.\nPractical knowledge of tenaga ahli and foreign-worker formalities, including OJK-facing manpower documentation and coordination with Legal, Compliance, Risk and external service providers.\nProficiency in recruitment systems and reporting tools, preferably Workday Recruiting, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and dashboard or analytics tools.\nStrong data interpretation, project management, risk identification, issue escalation and process-improvement skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with confidence presenting concise updates to C-suite and senior management stakeholders.\nHigh integrity, attention to detail, discretion and ability to manage sensitive candidate, employee and regulatory information\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law or a related discipline.\nTypically 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including experience managing senior, specialist or regulated roles.\nDemonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and providing executive-level recruitment reporting and recommendations.\nExperience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.\nExperience coordinating background checks, regulatory documentation, audit evidence and tenaga ahli or foreign-worker formalities is preferred.\nProfessional Human Resources or recruitment
