The Network Operations Team is responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, performance, and operational support of network services across local, regional, and global environments. This role works closely with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable network operations and effective service delivery.\nWhat you will do:Provide operational support and technical expertise to ensure network services remain available, secure, and performant.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, service degradations, and infrastructure issues affecting business operations.\nParticipate in a 24x5 operational environment, providing support for Incident Management, service restoration, and Major Incident Management (MIM) activities.\nPerform fault isolation, remediation, capacity planning, availability management, and operational reporting.\nSupport solution implementation and transition activities, including documentation, knowledge transfer, operational procedures, and service readiness.\nContribute to network strategy, technology assessments, roadmap planning, and operational process improvements.\nCollaborate with internal customers, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and support of network services.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive operational and technical documentation.\nWhat you will need to succeed:5-8 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments, including Firewall and Load Balancer technologies.\nExperience with cloud networking technologies and services.\nStrong operational skills in troubleshooting, fault isolation, remediation, capacity management, and reporting.\nExperience developing and maintaining network documentation.\nVendor certifications such as CCSA, CCSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent experience.\nExcellent understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nTechnical SkillsNetwork Infrastructure and Operations\nCisco Data Centre and LAN technologies.\nFirewall and Load Balancing solutions (Checkpoint, F5 LTM/AFM/GTM).\nCloud technologies including AWS, F5, and Netskope.\nNetwork operations, service restoration, availability management, and capacity planning.\nNetwork Protocols and Technologies\nOSI Model.\nMPLS, Broadband, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, SIP, and 802.1X.\nTools and Monitoring Platforms\nAlgoSec.\nScienceLogic.\nLiveNX / LiveAction.\nAPM and related monitoring tools.\nCommunications and CollaborationSuperior written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience preparing and presenting service updates, incident reports, and operational metrics.\nVendor and Customer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and suppliers.\nAct as a primary operational interface for vendor engagement and incident resolution.\nReview and assess vendor technologies, services, and roadmap alignment.\nGeneral CompetenciesExcellent analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced reasoning skills, including inductive reasoning, abstraction, lateral thinking, and morphological analysis.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations.\nFlexible, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThrive in a dynamic operational environment supporting global business services.\nEducationBachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience.\nExperienceVendor certifications (CCSA, CCSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect) or equivalent work experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise Firewall, Load Balancer, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.\nExperience working within large-scale global network operations organizations.\nJob Category:\nIT -
