Job Description:
Treasury Analyst
- Prepares trade matching and settlement instruction and records daily securities settlement in PAM
- Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately for Segregated and General Funds
- Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP
- Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
- Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
- Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports
Preferred skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- preferrably a CPA
Qualifications:
- Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)/Internet applications
- Good English communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues/concerns on a timely basis
- Personal attributes such as initiative, attention to detail and with sound work ethics
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Quick learner
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
