This role ensures that our systems are configured, maintained, and leveraged to support HR operations, reporting, compliance and overall business goals. The HR Systems Analyst works within an HRDS team and partners closely with HR, IT, payroll, benefits, and other stakeholders. Examples of responsibilities include delivering capabilities from idea to implementation, mentoring other HRDS team members, streamlining processes, upholding operating standards, and delivering actionable insights balancing risk and digital employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs part of a team, deliver capabilities from idea to implementation while working daily with stakeholders\nManage and track HR system related service and/or product enhancement requests and incidents through Jira (or other ticketing system) ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders in accordance with our operating guidelines\nResolve HR technology related issues, troubleshooting, and system issues\nPartner with HR and business teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements\nMaintain data integrity through regular audits, testing, and system updates\nPartner and/or support cyclical HR processes such as talent management, compensation planning, and benefits administration\nDocument processes, provide training materials, and host user training sessions for stakeholders\nCollaborate with IT or vendors on system upgrades/releases, patches, and implementations\nEnsure HR data security and compliance with applicable laws and regulations\nStay current on HR technology trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements\nQualifications:\n2-5 years of experience with Workday systems configuration in 1 or more Workday modules\nFamiliarity with ticket management tools such as Jira or Service Now\nUnderstanding of data governance, operating guidelines, and quality engineering best practices\nExperience, or ability to adapt and learn, in participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and planning initiatives\nStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate level with Excel\nDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments\nKey Competencies:\nAbility to lead through the full software delivery lifecycle\nMentoring of other team members to share knowledge and grow skills\nAbility to manage work through ticket management systems\nData analysis and critical thinking\nStrong technical aptitude and learning agility\nConfidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information\nService oriented mindset\nAdaptability, continuous improvement mindset, and alignment with agile ways of working\nJob Category:\nIT -
