Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nKey responsibilities:\n\nStrategic & Business Analytics\nIdentify and measure quantitative and qualitative business & event indicators to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness\nBusiness indicators (sales - FLS, SLS, BCG, KPIs, pricing; profitability; customer - universe, coverage, segmentation, investment; expenses-direct brand expense mapping, tracking, high value event metrics, participation tracking etc; field force-structure, count, benchmarks; social media - analytics\nDifferentiated dash boarding initiatives (Tableau/ Power BI etc.)\nMaintaining event master and records\nRegular updating and maintenance of key events, data points, & allied\nDocumentation & controls\nSetting up review meetings with key marketing stakeholders (e.g. EM Rx. Marketing Vertical Heads) and preparation of MoM for such meetings\nOther business - related ad hoc assignments\nCountry specific analytics due to changes in market dynamics\nBench marking\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nBachelor’s degree (Science/Commerce/Arts from an accredited university.
