In this critical role, you will ensure the availability, control, and traceability of engineering spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance materials while maintaining compliance with GMP requirements, inventory management standards, and audit readiness expectations.\nThis position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing inventory systems, and supporting operational reliability in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nInventory Management & Control\nReceive, inspect, and store incoming engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.\nVerify deliveries against purchase orders, specifications, vendor certifications, and shipping documentation.\nMaintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management systems.\nMonitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels.\nInitiate material requisitions and reorder inventory as needed to support ongoing operations.\nTrack and manage fast-moving, critical, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts.\nControl inventory usage to support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements.\nEnsure proper completion of:Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)\nIssue and Return Slips\nLogbooks\nInventory Registers (manual and electronic)\n\nSupport internal, customer, and regulatory inspections and audits.\nMaintain inventory traceability and ensure all records are current and compliant.\nInventory Accuracy & Reporting\nConduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nPrepare inventory status reports and provide updates to management as required.\nMonitor inventory trends and recommend improvements to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.\nEngineering & Maintenance Support\nIssue spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials against approved requisitions.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability.\nSupport maintenance shutdowns, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repair activities by ensuring critical spare parts are available.\nAssist with vendor inspections, material verification, and discrepancy resolution.\nInterface with OEMs, contractors, EPC vendors, and consultants as needed.\nSupport routine facility maintenance projects and related activities.\nSafety, Sustainability & Housekeeping\nEnsure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials for easy identification and retrieval.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and orderly engineering storeroom environment.\nEnsure safe handling and storage of chemicals, lubricants, and hazardous materials.\nComply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.\nSupport sustainability initiatives by helping monitor:Energy consumption\nWater usage\nEmissions\nWaste generation\n\nWork Environment:\nThis role operates within a manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, and engineering environment and may involve exposure to:\nModerate to high noise levels\nDust, fumes, odors, and airborne particles\nMechanical equipment and moving prioritize work, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.\nEnglish proficiency at CEFR Intermediate B1+ level.\nExperience:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in inventory management within an engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment required.\nExperience handling mechanical, Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan.
