Your responsibilities will include:\nTraining Program Development:\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nCreate engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.\nTraining Delivery:\nConduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.\nEnsure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.\n Unit Operations Expertise:\nIn-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation).
