Summary\n\nThis position is for 2nd shift 1:30PM - 10:00PM\nAssist in visually inspecting, labeling and packaging pharmaceutical products.\n\nArea Of Responsibility\n\nAssists in performing visual inspections, labeling, assembling and packaging of liquids, suspensions, and lyophilized pharmaceutical and dermatological products in vials, ampoules etc.\nCleans up labeling and packaging assembly equipment and facility as needed\nComply with all policies and procedures related to personal safety and job area safety\nMaintains manufacturing records and completes all required paperwork/documents to comply with Federal Regulations and FDA\nReports variance or deviations from standard procedures to department management\nStocks materials utilized by the department\nOperates semi-automatic inspection machine, vial label applicator and box imprinting machines\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWork Conditions:\n\nControlled unclassified manufacturing/production area\nWarehouse office\nPossible exposure to hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nStand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach or push with hands and arms, talk and hear\nUse of repetitive motion, unimpaired manual dexterity\nClose vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to focus\nCorrectable 20/20 vision\nAbility to visually inspect small products and print\nBe able to sit at workstation for up to 50 minutes at a sitting for up to 8 hours per day\nRequires use of appropriate personal protective equipment (lab coat, hairnet, booties, and experience\nAbility to visually inspect small print/printed labels\nAbility to visually inspect liquid and lyophilized pharmaceutical products for small particles\nAbility to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions/procedures in English\nAbility to work independently or in a group setting\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum 0-2 years related experience\nFamiliarity with, and the ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records, and adhere consistently to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)\nWorks under direct guidance of the supervisor\nBasic math skills\nBasic computer
