The role will work closely with Infra IT teams, Procurement, Finance and vendors, ensuring disciplined execution of PR/PO processes, vendor governance, budget tracking, contract administration, invoice/payment coordination, financial reporting and management MIS.\nThe role will also analyze IT expenditure, support cost-optimization initiatives, maintain vendor and contractual governance, and provide data-driven insights for IT decision-making.\nResponsibilities:\nIT Budget Management, Financial Control, Invoice & Payment Coordination\nCoordinate the IT Infra budgeting process with relevant IT tower leads and Finance.\nSupport annual IT Infra budget planning and consolidation.\nPerform budget variance analysis and highlight significant deviations to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain appropriate visibility of IT Infra expenditure and committed spend. (Actual vs Spend)\nSupport financial governance of IT transactions and prepare periodic budget reports for management reviews.\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders on vendor invoicing and payment matters.\nTrack invoices and associated commercial transactions through the vendor lifecycle.\nAssist in resolving issues affecting invoice/payment processing.\nWork with IT teams, Procurement, Finance and vendors for timely issue resolution.\nIT Vendor Management & Governance\nManage day-to-day governance activities across the IT vendor lifecycle.\nWork closely with IT stakeholders, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve operational and commercial issues.\nMaintain appropriate vendor-management information required for governance activities.\nPurchase Requisition, Purchase Order & Commercial Operations\nCoordinate creation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and Rate Contracts (RC) through applicable ERP/procurement systems.\nWork with IT teams and Procurement to support timely completion of commercial transactions.\nTrack requirements through the Requirement -> PR -> PO -> Delivery lifecycle.\nMaintain visibility of open commercial transactions and follow up with relevant stakeholders for closure.\nSupport appropriate documentation and governance of IT commercial transactions.\nCoordinate commercial requirements with IT stakeholders and Procurement.\nContract Management\nMaintain visibility of IT service agreements/PO.\nMonitor contractual milestones and renewal requirements.\nMaintain appropriate contract records and MIS and escalate contractual risks or delays requiring management intervention.\nCost Allocation & Chargeback Support\nSupport IT cost-allocation and chargeback activities across relevant entities.\nWork with Finance and other stakeholders to assist with appropriate cost allocation.\nMaintain supporting data required for chargeback reporting and analysis.\nAssist with reconciliation and reporting of allocated IT costs.\nReporting, MIS & Analytics\nPrepare regular management MIS and dashboards covering IT commercial and vendor-management activities.\nProvide accurate information to facilitate management decision-making.\nUse relevant reporting platforms, including SAP, SAP BW and Power BI, where applicable.\nAnalyze information and highlight key exceptions, financial variances and issues requiring management attention.\nSupport structured reviews with internal stakeholders and vendors.\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nNA\n\nJob Scope\n\nInternal Interactions (within the organization)\n\nCommercials team, IT Infrastructure Teams, Finance\n\nExternal Interactions (outside the organization)\n\nVendors, Vendor Payment team (Outsourced Partner)\n\nGeographical Scope\n\nGlobal\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nBSc Commerce or Graduate in any discipline.\n\nSpecific Certification\n\nNA\n\nExperience\n\n10-12 Years\n\nSkill (Functional & Behavioural):\nIT commercial management, Procurement processes,\nAbility to follow, manage and improve structured processes supporting efficient IT commercial and vendor operations.\nAbility to coordinate effectively across IT, Procurement, Finance and vendor organizations\nProactive approach to resolving operational, commercial and cross-functional issues\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MS Office, Power Query, budget tracking, variance analysis, and dashboard creation.\n\nYour Success Matters to Us\nAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
