R&D Projects (Canada & Israel)\nSupport site R&D teams in new product development.\nIdentify and developed new vendors based on product requirements.\nCoordinate artwork approvals between vendors, QA,and sites.\nFollow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. \n2. Purchase Order Verification & Clearance\nValidate purchase orders against set internal norms\nEnsure compliance with agreed vendor share-of-business allocations.\nReview PO quantities and identified abnormalities. \n3. Cost Control\nMonitor key raw material price trends and evaluated vendor price escalations/de-escalations.\nGenerate PAN documentation with supporting records.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities through: Value Engineering, Alternate Vendor Development (AVD), Commercial negotiations\nExecute cost-saving projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.\nManage vendor qualification, sample evaluation, machine trials, and stability studies.\nEnsure purchase orders were shifted to alternate vendors to realize targeted savings. \n4. E-Auction Management\nAssist suppliers with onboarding on PRM360.\nAddress supplier queries and ensured participation in auctions.\nShare specifications and commercial inputs required for bidding. \n5. Supply Risk Mitigation (De-risking)\nMaintain multiple sourcing strategies to avoid vendor dependency.\nDevelop alternate suppliers where existing vendors could not meet requirements.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to prevent production disruptions. \n6. New Vendor Development\nCollect and manage vendor qualification documentation as per CQA requirements.\nCoordinate document reviews and revisions with vendors and CQA.\nArrange vendor site audits and facilitated audit completion.\nFollow up on audit reports, CAPA implementation, and audit closures. \n7. Vendor Audit Coordination\nPlan and coordinated vendor audits with CQA and suppliers.\nEnsure audits were completed according to the annual audit schedule.\nFacilitate vendor suspension or deregistration when required.\nShare audit findings and coordinated CAPA submissions from vendors. \n8. Logistics Support\nMonitor freight cost proposals submitted by vendors.\nConduct freight auctions through GoComet to optimize logistics costs.\nObtain freight cost approvals and communicated approved rates to sites. \n9. Material Availability & Customer Support\nFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely material availability.\nProvide updated vendor price lists for new materials and price revisions.\nCoordinate international logistics and shipping documentation for smooth customs clearance. \n10. Quality Complaint Management\nManage quality issues reported by site locations.\nCoordinate with vendors to obtain investigation reports and CAPA plans.\nOrganize discussions between sites and vendors to resolve quality concerns. \n11. MIS & Reporting\nPrepare monthly site-wise reports covering: Cost savings accruals, Project status, Key achievements and challenges\nSupport annual budgeting activities for overseas locations\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nGraduate in any domain/ Engineering (packaging/printing)\nPG Diploma with packaging\nIIP Certification - added advantage\n\nExperience\n\nTenure: 8-10 years\n\nYour Success Matters to Us\nAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
