Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nKey responsibilities:\nBudgeting. \nConsolidation of all departmentwide / function wise expenses into one common platform. \nReview of workings of each expense head. \nDepreciation working: Proper linkage of Op Net block, Capex, CWIP with Budgeted Depreciation. \nAnalysis of Variance w.r.t Previous Year's Actual. \nValidation of cost reduction initiatives and conversion of the same in terms of financial impact. \nAdherence to WP guidance issued from Corporate. \nActual expenses reported monthly should match with Quarterly TB at each Plant.\nAdherence to timely closing of TB by 4th of next month\nPreparation of Actual in Z2B format on monthly basis.\nItem wise detailing of Account head wise Expenses as per Z2B Format on monthly basis.\nPerformance reporting of the plant in term of yields and usage and Cost per unit.\nVariance analysis with WP - cost reduction initiatives (Progress) .\nAnalysis & review of Plant EBT in Anaplan\nInputs for Cost Audit Requirements\nGL Review\nReview of Capex proposals and work on Pay Back period.\nTracks of Capex installation.\nCapex Report and Cash Flow \nSlow & Non-moving items. \nRejections / OOS (Out of specification) batches.\nWIP concerns & Its ageing. \nProper tracking on Timely closure of Work Orders. \nOver all Stock ageing. \nAct as support function at plant level of Cluster Head for SOP’s & Corporate guidelines. \nTracking of cost reduction activities along with its Financial Impact. \n\nTravel Estimate\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nMBA Finance/CA/CMA\n\nExperience\n\nTenure: 4 to 5 Yrs\n\nYour Success Matters to Us\nAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
