The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA 2021 and a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry. The IT Manager - SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance will lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions. The role will partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to drive asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, digital maintenance initiatives, and operational excellence across manufacturing facilities.\nOwn and manage SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management solutions. \nDrive standardization and optimization of maintenance business processes across plants. \nLead SAP PM enhancements, projects, rollouts, and support activities. \nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap.\n\nAreas Of Responsibility\n\nManage SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA PM transformation initiatives. \nDrive adoption of SAP Best Practices for Asset Management. \nImplement/ Support SAP Fiori applications for maintenance users & Support mobile maintenance solutions and digital shop-floor initiatives. \nGovern Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. \nEnsure system availability and operational stability.\nConduct requirement workshops and process assessments.\n7- 8+ years of SAP PM/EAM functional experience. \nMinimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects. \nExperience in manufacturing, pharma industries & Experience in handling cross-functional teams and vendors.\nIdentify gaps, issues and workarounds. Handle changes or Emergency transports for high-priority issues. Document Functional designs, test cases and Results.\nAbility to design and configure processes in Technical Objects, Notifications, Order Processing, Preventative Maintenance Planning, and Work Scheduling.\nProvide consulting services for both new implementations and existing support projects. Offer ad-hoc training and user support as needed.\nUnderstanding of how Plant Maintenance processes integrate with Costing, Inventory Management, Production and Warehouse Management.\nKnowledge of Data migration tools and ABAP debugging experience is an advantage.\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nUp to 30%\n\nJob Scope\n\nInternal Interactions (within the organization)\n\nPrimarily with all manufacturing plant Engineering Teams along with other support functions viz.
