Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nKey responsibilities:\nTo ensure compliance to cGMP and Safety regulations.\nTo ensure compliance to maintenance of process/HVAC/Water system Equipment as per SOP\nTo ensure smooth plant operation and manpower scheduling.\nTo identify critical spares, procurement and its inventory.\nTo review preventive maintenance records. \nPeriodic review of breakdowns and its short term and long term plans.\nTo ensure compliance of calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment’s, water system and HVAC etc.\nSupport to validation team for periodic validation of process equipment’s. \nFollow up for AMC services like UPS.\nReview and maintain SAP work order to Process equipment's.\nAny other job assigned by Reporting Manager/HOD from time to time.\nParticipation in all audits and responsible for compliance and response to records of process equipment’s.\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nB.Tech/M.Tech\n\nExperience\n\n12-16Yrs. \n\nYour Success Matters to Us\n At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
