In this hands-on role, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.\nThis position is ideal for someone with solid manufacturing experience who enjoys working with complex equipment, troubleshooting processes, and contributing to efficient, compliant production operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManufacturing Operations\nOperate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment across one or more processes, including:Glatt fluid bed processing\nGranulation and blending\nCompression, coating, and encapsulation\nImprinting and banding\n\nExecute manufacturing processes in accordance with batch records, SOPs, and established procedures.\nMonitor process performance and ensure adherence to production specifications.\nEquipment Setup & Troubleshooting\nPerform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities as required.\nTroubleshoot equipment and process issues, making appropriate adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.\nFollow equipment manuals and safe operating procedures at all times.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nAccurately complete manufacturing documentation and logbooks in real time.\nEnsure all activities comply with cGMP requirements and data integrity standards.\nMaintain a high level of attention to detail to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.\nSafety & Quality\nPerform all duties in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.\nEnsure product quality by following procedures and reporting any deviations or abnormalities.\nWork Schedule:\n1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM\nTravel: 0%\nWork Environment:\nThis role operates in a manufacturing/production environment and may involve exposure to:\nModerate to high noise levels\nDust, fumes, odors, and airborne particles\nMechanical and process equipment hazards\nStrict adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE is required at all times.\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing, and reaching\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs\nAbility to navigate plant floor, lab, and operational environments\nMust be able to wear required PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, and safety shoes\nWhat You Bring:\nEducation & Skills\nHigh School, Trade School, or Vocational Diploma, GED, or equivalent\nForklift or related equipment certification required\nStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude\nGood knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements\nUnderstanding of occupational health and safety practices\nBasic computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with SAP (preferred)\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)\nSolid math skills and attention to detail\nEnglish proficiency at CEFR Basic A2 level\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience, including hands-on experience in primary manufacturing processes\nWhy Join Us?\nConsistent Monday-Friday 2nd shift schedule\nHands-on role working with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment\nOpportunity to grow within production operations\nCollaborative, safety-focused, and quality-driven environment\nThe presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $25.00/hr to $28.00/hr. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan.
