Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nJob Summary:\nResponsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and reporting all project activities related to pharmaceutical facility expansion, modernization, utility systems, manufacturing areas, laboratories, warehouses, and infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company standards.\nExperience:\n5 to 7 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry\nExperiences on Primavera platform & MS Projects\nExcellent communication skills, strong collaborator, problem solving, interdepartmental coordination, team leadership.\nEducation: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical (preferred)/ Electrical\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning\nDevelop comprehensive project execution plans for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.\nPrepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.\nEstablish project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.\nCoordinate with stakeholders for project requirements and resource planning.\nDevelop project baseline schedules and execution strategies.\n2. Project Scheduling\nPrepare master schedules, detailed schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery schedules.\nMonitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks.\nTrack engineering, procurement, construction, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities.\nDevelop resource-loaded schedules and manpower histograms.\nMonitor contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.\nOptimize project sequencing to minimize operational disruptions in Brownfield projects\n3. Project Monitoring & Control\nTrack project progress against approved baselines.\n\nMeasure Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).\nAnalyze schedule variances and implement corrective actions.\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.\nConduct delay analysis and develop mitigation/recovery plans.\nMonitor project KPIs and milestone achievements.\n4. Brownfield Project Management\nPlan shutdown activities with minimal impact on production.\nCoordinate tie-ins and modifications to existing process, utility, HVAC, and electrical systems.\nDevelop phased execution strategies to maintain business continuity.\nAssess project risks associated with operational areas.\nCoordinate with manufacturing, QA, QC, EHS, and maintenance teams.\nManage contractor activities in live GMP environments.\n5. Greenfield Project Management\nManage planning activities from concept to commercial production.\nCoordinate engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.\nMonitor site infrastructure development including:\nProduction facilities\nUtility generation systems\nHVAC systems\nWarehouses\nLaboratories\nAdministration buildings\nWaste treatment facilities\nEnsure timely completion of project milestones.\n\n6. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring\nDevelop project budgets and cash flow forecasts.\nMonitor project expenditures against approved budgets.\nTrack commitments, PO status, invoices, and project financials.\nPrepare cost variance analysis and forecast project completion costs.\nSupport CAPEX planning and budget approvals.\n7. Risk Management\nIdentify project risks and opportunities.\nMaintain project risk register.\nConduct schedule risk assessments.\nDevelop mitigation and contingency plans.\nMonitor critical project constraints and dependencies.\n8. Contractor & Vendor Management\nReview contractor schedules and progress reports.\nMonitor engineering consultants, contractors, and vendors.\nEnsure contractor productivity and milestone compliance.\nParticipate in technical and progress review meetings.\nVerify progress for billing certification.\n9. Pharma Compliance & Regulatory Coordination\nEnsure compliance with:\ncGMP\nUS FDA requirements\nEU GMP\nWHO guidelines\nMHRA requirements\nLocal statutory regulations\nCoordinate planning activities for:\nDQ, IQ, OQ, PQ\nCSV activities\nValidation Master Plans\nRegulatory inspections and audits\n10.
