Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nKey responsibilities:\n\nTo create Purchase Orders for commercial sites & R&D locations against approved indents received in SAP on daily basis\nTo achieve target of on-time delivery\nGetting on time release of purchase orders by clearing VQ errors with CQA team\nDeriving cost of printed PM with updated costing / E-bidding file to raise the purchase orders\nResponsible to take follow-up on day-to-day basis with all Vendors\nOn time vendor Payment follow-up with accounts team \nSending Weekly pending order list (with updated delivery timelines) to respective locations\nSharing artworks through AMS system & resolving artwork queries (between vendor and artwork team)\nUpdating MDM tool with MOQ, Lead time, HSN code, purchase group and other required fields\nPreparing monthly MIS report & updating rejection details\nFollowing up with vendor for rejection closures by getting investigation and CAPA report\nTo Support new product launches for Domestic as well as Regulated / Emerging market \nCo-ordinating for vendor audits, Quality agreements & vendor documents with CQA team and vendor\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nGraduate with SAP and Excel expertise\n\nExperience\n\nTenure: 3 to 4 years\n\nYour Success Matters to Us\nAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
