Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nJob summary and responsibilities\nDesired Skills & Experience\nDemonstrated experience in digital transformation projects rollouts and support for Ivalua \nFunctional knowledge of SRM, S2C, P2P process in Ivalua.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid project management approaches.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with project management tools.\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.\nAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspective.\nAbility to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.\nMust be result oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.\nAnalyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for streamlining procurement processes.\n\nAreas Of Responsibility\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end implementation of the functional workstreams (such as Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management, etc.), from the start to production delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements\nActively working with the Solution Architect in the Design phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product and taking ownership of the design document.\nDrive cross-functional coordination between IT and business stakeholders.\nConfigure the solution on complex requirements and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee project milestones are met.\nTrack and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and support business case development.\nWork with external partners during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews during the sprints.\nIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions.\nOversee and contribute to the Delivery and Deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production.\nConduct unit testing to validate functional and technical requirement, system functionality and performance\nCreate and maintain functional design documentation of the Ivalua platform highlighting various configurations like workflow, alerts, notifications, call-backs, etc\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nTravel as per project requirement\n\nJob Scope\n\nInternal Interactions (within the organization)\n\nCross-functional business users in across the organization for source to pay functions\n\nExternal Interactions (outside the organization)\n\nEngagement with external vendors, implementation partners.\n\nGeographical Scope\n\nGlobal\n\nFinancial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority)\n\nNA\n\nJob Requirements\n\nEducational Qualification\n\nBE/ BTECH/BCOM/MBA\n\nSpecific Certification\n\nMandatory Ivalua L3 certifications S2C , P2P\nGood to have L2 Administration, L2 Technical or higher \n\nSkills\n\nFunctional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills.\nPerform deliveries to manage environment synchronization.\nExperience in advanced Ivalua configuration like - queries, alerts, call-backs, workflows, grids and batch jobs etc.\nExperience in Ivalua analytics configuration (creating new indicators and dimensions etc.,) along with specific views for reporting\nKnowledge of Ivalua data model and table structure across the entire S2P cycle\nConduct unit testing to validate functional andtechnical requirement, system functionality and performance\n\nExperience\n\nMin. 4-5years of experience in Ivalua Implementation with at least 1 Rollout Project and Support \n\nYour Success Matters to Us\nAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
