This role involves forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve performance metrics.\nDuties and responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned CMOs and follow up on production schedules, shipment status, material availability, and delivery commitments.\nMonitor production progress at CMOs, identify potential supply risks, and escalate issues to ensure uninterrupted product supply.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to resolve CMO-related operational issues.\nSupport CMO transition and closure activities, including inventory disposition, final production tracking, and supply continuity planning.\nPerform inventory transactions in SAP, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and other required inventory postings.\nReceive, review, and validate inventory reports from CMOs and internal sites, ensuring inventory records are accurate and up to date.\nReconcile inventory balances between SAP records, CMO reports, and physical inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.\nAnalyze inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize inventory, improve inventory turns, and reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB).\nMonitor inventory health, material consumption trends, and replenishment requirements to maintain targeted service levels while minimizing working capital.\nSupport demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes through data analysis, inventory projections, and supply risk assessments.\nDevelop and maintain inventory, supply chain, and service-level reports and KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance and supply chain efficiency.\nOther duties as assigned\nTravel between NJ and NY sites required as determined by business needs\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, planning, manufacturing operations, or pharmaceutical supply chain.\nStrong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nExperience working with CMOs and inventory management processes is preferred.\nDemonstrated clear and effective written and verbal communications\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nThe presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $85,000 to $104,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
