Touching Lives.\nJob purpose\nThe Warehouse Documentation Controller will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, controlling, and maintaining QMS documentation related to warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements. The role supports operational excellence, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across warehousing, distribution & Inventory Management.\nDuties and responsibilities\nHandle the warehouse QMS documentation in Track wise like UPD, Change Control and CAPA / Action items. \nAttend regularly Rapid, UPD meetings with cross functional / QA team.\nSOP/ Work instruction preparation and eKAs set up in training portal.\nCoordinate with cross-function teams (Production, Q.C, Engineering, QA etc.) for document updates.\nSupport document change control, ensuring changes are properly reviewed, approved, tracked, andimplemented.\n\nSupport Internal and external regulatory and financial audits and in time compliance activities.\nMonitor departmental trainings status and maintain training records up to date for warehouse employees.\nComplete all cGMP Documentation correctly and in a timely manner.\nComplete all training assignments and maintain personal training records.\nMaintain general housekeeping records, pest control records and temperature monitoring records in various warehouses. \nPerform and support cycle counts, physical inventory counts and reconciliation activities & generate various inventory reports.\nManage Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders and coordinate external vendor PM schedules in SAP for both GMP and non-GMP assets.\nGenerate various Inventory reports and warehouse operation reports as and when required.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nAdditional responsibility (Only applicable to customer facing roles)\nReport any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day\nQualifications\nMinimum Secondary School / High School Diploma. \nPrior warehouse experience is a strong asset.\nA valid Forklift License is required.\nPrior pharmaceutical/food environment experience is a strong asset. \nExcellent written and communication skills.\nStrong ability to multi-task, manage time, and work independently. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).\n\nStrong organizational skills. \nGood mathematical skills. \nUnderstanding of cGMP concepts and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).\nGood understanding of SAP and RF is an asset.\nMust be safety conscious. \nFirst Aid/CPR training is an asset.\nTroubleshoot inventory issues.\nWork as a team to resolve problems.\nKnow when to ask for help when the situation becomes too complex to resolve individually.\nWorking conditions\nWarehouse environment (room temperature).\nAbility to cope in a busy working environment is required.\nFlexibility to work overtime on an as required basis.\nPhysical requirements\nMix of standing, walking, & moving in warehouse and between the buildings.\nDirect reports\nNA\nThis posting is for an existing vacancy.\nThe presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $44,000 to $55,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program.
