Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.”\nDesired Skills & Experience\nCandidate should have worked on SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP eWM (extended WM) modules, \nShould have experience in SAP WM integration with 3rd party systems.\nMinimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in full cycle SAP implementation as well as in support projects.\nPreferably should have experience in implementation/ support of SAP WM at a Pharma company or GxP controlled Process industry environment, that includes exposure to computer system validation activity.\nCandidate should have secondary experience in SAP MM and PP (materials management, production planning) modules which includes experience in development/ support.\nMinimum of 8-10 years designing and configuring WM module, and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and PP).\nCandidate should have experience in use of standard SAP Fiori apps, and development of custom apps and its necessary setups.\nCandidate should be proficient in planning and execution of data conversion activities, and build/ execution of the necessary data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC etc.\nThe candidate should be well conversant with SAP tables, SAP query, writing Functional Specifications for custom developments to deliver innovative solutions\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.\nAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspective\nAbility to lead the WM related initiatives, provide technical guidance and advise on SAP WM deliverables, effectively interacting with others\nMust be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.\n\nAreas Of Responsibility\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n* Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Warehouse Management for SUN Pharma entities operated in SAP - ECC and S4 HANA including 3rd Party System Integrations.\n* Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.\n* Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.\n* Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs.\n* Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.\n* Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.\n* Act as liaison with internal customer for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.\n* Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results.\n* Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.\n* Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.\n* Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.\n* Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.\n* Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.\n\nTravel Estimate\n\nTravel as per project requirement\n\nJob Scope\n\nInternal Interactions (within the organization)\n\nWith Plant business users, Plant WH heads, Plant and Country level WH process owners.
