What you’ll be doing:

1. ManagingOffers& SmarterPricing

• Platform Guardian: You’llmakesureourlistingsarealwaysspot-on. No typos, no outdatedinfo - justqualitycontent.
• CustomerSupport: You’llhandle inquiries, chat with clientson the platform, and makesureeveryonegetsa timely, friendlyresponse.
• ClosingDeals: You’llhelpprepareand adjustcommercialoffersto matchwhatthe clientneeds, makingsurewe turnleadsintohappy users.
• PricingStrategy: You'llbrainstormwith yourleadto set pricesthatwin customersbasedon real-timemarket feedback.

2. Supplier Relations & PriceList Management

• Supplier Contact: Youwillbe a keypoint of contactfor oursuppliers, buildingstrongrelationshipsand ensuringsmoothcommunication.
• PriceList Updates: You’llbe responsiblefor keepingourpricelists100% current, ensuringthatanychangesfrom suppliersareimmediatelyreflectedon the platform.
• Sourcing& Negotiation: You’llhelpscoutfor newpartnersand talk to existingonesto securethe bestpricingand deliveryterms.
• Data Accuracy: You’llmanagepurchaseordersand keepoursupplierdatabasecleanand organized.

• Solid Excel Skills: Youshouldbe comfortablewith the basicsand beyond. We’relookingfor someonewhocaneasilyuseVLOOKUPs, filters, and PivotTablesto organizeand analyzedata. Ifyouknowhowto handle spreadsheetswithoutgettinglost, you’reperfect!
