This role is initially a hands-on individual contributor focused on delivering high-quality operational reporting and actionable insights, with a clear path to evolve into a leadership role as the team expands.\nReporting to the Director of Enterprise Analytics, this individual will play a critical role in transforming operational data into decisions, with a strong emphasis on fleet and operations performance.\n.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nHands-On Analytics & Insight Delivery (Primary Focus)\nOwn the end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis, with a focus on fleet and operations\nTranslate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions\nProactively identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities-and recommend actions\nMove beyond reporting to influence outcomes through data-driven storytelling\nReporting Strategy & Roadmap Ownership\nDefine and manage the reporting roadmap for operational analytics\nEstablish KPIs, metrics, and scalable reporting frameworks\nPrioritize work based on business impact and strategic alignment\nEnsure reporting solutions are intuitive, performant, and adoption-focused\nStakeholder Partnership & Influence\nPartner closely with operations, fleet, and cross-functional leaders.
