If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career,we invite you to review our opportunities!\nJob Description Summary\nPosition Objective:\nThe PC Operations Manager is responsible for the support of the operations at the PC with focus on customer service, employee development, fleet utilization and maximizing profits.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWork with Profit Center Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standards\nEnsure the Profit Center is in compliance with company policies and procedures\nEnsure customer service levels are held above standards\nMaintaining a consistent message to be delivered by all customer service team members\nTrain and develop rental operations staff\nQuality equipment improvement and reduction of driver time loading\nQuality control of fleet and management of cost associated with rental\nCoach employees to work together and able to create a game plan for employees to follow. Motivates through constant evaluation and review.\nSet clear and measurable objectives for entire team \nDirect various staff members in the performance of their store related positions. Develop, evaluate and motivate staff.\nMaximize operational efficiencies\nRecommend new processes where needed to improve quality and cost\nResponsible for safety audits, safety training, compliance with State and Federal OSHA and DOT regulations.\nManage human resource administration (payroll/scheduling/paperwork, etc.)\nExplain the billing procedure to customers and develop customer trust and understanding\nAssist customer in determining their rental needs by applying product knowledge\nResponsible for the management of the Yard\nPerform daily and weekly truck audits\nCommunicate inventory levels to management\nHold daily meetings to discuss daily objectives and safety issues\nMaintain well organized and safe premises\nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience:\n3 Years in the rental equipment or construction industries.\n1 Year of Operations Management or related/retail management experience\nExcellent management and leadership skills\nExceptional organization skills\nExceptional problem solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions\nExcellent knowledge of construction equipment required.\nAbility to effectively communicate.\nUnderstands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system\nBase Pay Range: $61,934.00 - 85,159.80Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
