If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career,we invite you to review our opportunities!\nJob Description Summary\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Databricks using Python and SQL\nBuild and support streaming and batch workflows that process high-frequency IoT telemetry data from fleet devices\nCreate and manage Delta Lake tables across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers of the medallion architecture\nWrite reliable, tested, and well-structured pipeline code following team standards\nMonitor pipeline performance and data quality, investigate failures, and implement fixes\nCollaborate with senior engineers, analysts, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver data products\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing\n Required Qualifications\n2+ years of data engineering experience\nProficiency in Python and SQL\nHands-on experience with Apache Spark, with preference for Databricks\nFamiliarity with streaming data concepts (Kafka, Structured Streaming, or equivalent)\nUnderstanding of cloud data lake concepts and experience with Delta Lake or similar table formats\nAbility to work independently on well-scoped tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience with the Databricks platform (Workflows, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables)\nExposure to IoT or time-series data\nDatabricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification\nFamiliarity with Azure services (Azure Key Vault, Event Hubs, Blob Storage)\nExperience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
