If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career,we invite you to review our opportunities!\nJob Description Summary\nPosition Objective:\nThe Optimization Analyst is responsible for supporting digital conversion performance through hands-on experimentation, data collection, and tactical site improvements of websites and mobile apps. This role focuses on the execution of A/B tests in Adobe Target, maintaining onsite search relevance in Coveo, and identifying friction points using behavioral tools like ContentSquare. The Analyst ensures data integrity, monitors test performance, and provides the foundational reporting necessary to improve customer journeys and drive measurable outcomes.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nAnalytical Support & Tool Management\nProvide day-to-day analysis and tactical support using the search tech stack,\nExperimentation Support\nExecute A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, including basic configuration, QA, and daily monitoring of active tests. \nBehavioral Analysis\nUse Google Analytics and ContentSquare to identify customer friction points, heatmaps, and error patterns to inform new test ideas. \nSearch Maintenance\nPerform routine tuning and configuration of onsite search through Coveo, including adjusting relevance models and monitoring search-driven conversion. \nReporting & Dashboards\nUpdate Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards to track conversion KPIs; provide monthly reports on test impact and site health. \nMonitoring & Alerts\nMonitor key metrics-conversion rate, cart abandonment, and error rates-and escalate performance anomalies to the technical team. \nCollaboration\nPartner with Product and Engineering to ensure proper tagging and measurement are in place for new feature releases. \nBacklog Maintenance\nKeep the optimization backlog organized, ensuring all ideas are documented with their corresponding data-driven hypothesis. \nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, business, or related field; master’s degree a plus.\nExperience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics (GA4, Google Ads, and Looker Studio).\nTool Proficiency: Functional knowledge of Adobe Target or other experimentation tools.\nCommunication: Ability to clearly explain \"what\" happened in the data and ensure reporting deadlines are met consistently.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills; able to interpret complex datasets.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills interpreting complex datasets.\nPrefer experience in SQL, PowerBI, and other data tools\nAbility to manage and collaborate with onshore, near-shore, and offshore vendors.\nIntellectually curious, hungry to analyze and comfortable shifting between strategy and execution.\nThrives in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing business needs.\nStrong bias for action with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.\nSelf-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and brings energy and positivity to the team.\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
