If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career,we invite you to review our opportunities!\nJob Description Summary\nThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is responsible for driving incremental sales revenue for assigned sales territories, supporting increased sales productivity of assigned Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).\nAdditionally, the ISR will support increased sales through the identification of new prospective customers, reactivation of dormant accounts, and many different approaches such as project database mining, phone contact and follow-up, email, web inquiry handling. Will increase sales productivity by working with assigned OSR’s and the Branch teams to support customer-facing processes such as handling customer sales inquiries, assisting with sales quotations, and customer communications.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nIdentify and call prospects in designated market areas to qualify and drive leads and explain products and services offered. This will include cold calling.\nDeliver sales leads to the Outside Sales team. Close sales leads directly when possible.\nDemonstrated added-value approach to customers by identifying appropriate solutions based on an understanding of their needs.\nContact dormant accounts in designated market areas to reintroduce and explain products and services offered.\nUnderstand why dormant accounts became inactive. Work with the Sales and Branch staff to develop a plan to generate new business from these accounts.\nMay assist OSR’s with customer quote requests, engineering requests, orders, contracts, billing disputes, problem solving, etc. \nHandle sales inquiries and customer assistance requests.\nSupport customer retention strategies and plans.\nCoordinate internally to expedite sales process.\nKeeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.\nPromote internal and external customer service excellence\nAdhere to and uphold safety standards.\nWorks closely with Support, Management, Project Management team, Construction and Operations, and Business Development. \nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\n1-2 years’ business-to-business Inside Sales/Customer Service experience\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, customer-focused environment\nDemonstrated success cold calling, reactivating dormant accounts, and in engaging prospects and customers\nOutstanding listening and communication skills.\nSoftware literate and ability to learn new software quickly\nAnalytical capabilities to interpret data, generate reports, and understand full external and internal sales and customer service processes\nAbility to ensure proper need assessments, planning, account qualification at all prospect levels\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
