This position is considered the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.\nEducation or experience that prepares you for success:\nHigh School diploma or GED required\nValid Driver’s license required\nFamiliarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:\nPrevious equipment rental industry experience\nStrong customer service & telephone skills\nSolid computer and administrative skills\nSuccessful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred\nBilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations\nThe physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
