If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career,we invite you to review our opportunities!\nJob Description Summary\nOnsite Operations Manager\nSunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers.\nThe Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nManager the operation of the project with a focus on customer service, employee development and project completion.\nWork with the Regional Manager or District Manager as well as the Project Team to develop revenue growth through on-site projects\nEnsure customer service levels are held above standards\nTrain and develop team members at onsite locations on process flow and equipment testing for future projects\nDirect all project phases\nProvide primary line of communication with customer\nManage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving profit level of the project\nPartner with customer by acting as liaison between them and Sunbelt\nParticipate in the Project Proposal to ensure a clear understanding of the Project Scope\nTrack project against its schedule, reporting status to management, expenses and customer on a regular basis\nRecommend new processes where needed to improve quality and cost\nAssist in preparation of and review of customer invoices\nNegotiate differences with client and internal team members to meet project goals\nMaintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements\nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries\nExcellent communication skills\nExcellent management and leadership skills\nExceptional organizational skills\nExceptional problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective actions\nMaintain a strong set of core values utilized in daily decision-making\nAbility to travel as required to perform duties\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nUnderstands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system\nGood project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
