leaders, and technical stakeholders), effectively communicating our SaaS value proposition.\nPipeline Generation: Target key enterprise accounts and map out organizational structures to identify key buyers and influencers.\nLead Qualification: Qualify incoming or self-prospected leads based on business needs.\nCRM & Activity Tracking: Maintain precise records of all outreach activities, notes, and account research in HubSpot.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound business development.\nActivity Volume: Proven track record of handling high-volume outbound activity metrics .\nCold Calling Mastery: Exceptional phone presence with demonstrated success navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and booking meetings.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical decision-makers.\nLocation: Must be based in the United States\nNice-to-Haves:\nIndustry Experience: Prior experience in or familiarity with Data Center technology, cloud infrastructure, Network or Facility management tools.\nSales Tech Stack: Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft
