We help teams say “yes” more often and help customers move forward with confidence.\nThe Role:\nAs a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Sunbit’s credit card and Point of Sales (POS) portfolios. You will sit at the intersection of finance, product, and operations-translating complex financial data into clear insights that drive decision-making at the leadership level.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll own:\n Partner with business leaders to drive the month-end reporting and forecasting process, delivering accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making\nFinancial Modeling & Forecasting: Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for the credit card business line, including revenue share, interchange fees, CECL allowance, and interest income.\n Unit Economics & LTV Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated models to track Life-Time Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and unit economics for credit card users.\n Credit Performance Analysis: Partner with relevant teams to monitor delinquency rates, net charge-offs (NCOs), and provisioning (CECL) to understand their impact on the bottom line.\nBusiness Partnership: Partner with leaders across the customer organization and support expense planning for the credit card business and customer care business units.\nStrategic Decision Support: Evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, and expense decisions through scenario and sensitivity analysis.\nKPI Tracking: Design and automate dashboards to monitor key metrics.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.\n3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.\nPrevious or current investment banking experience highly preferred\nSolid understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.\nStrong financial modeling skills and experience working with large data sets.\nAdept at crafting C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint, experience business intelligence tools is a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to support complex cross-functional projects and influence the organization.\nHow We Pay:\nWe believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.\nWe are targeting a salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per year for this role\nThis role will also be granted company equity via stock options\nWhy Choose Sunbit?\nSunbit is recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most admired fintech companies, earning honors from Inc. 5000 (four consecutive years), Forbes Fintech 50, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Financial Times, and FinTech Breakthrough for its innovation and impact.
