As a Network Analyst, you will be part of a multi-tiered support team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing Suncor’s private LTE (pLTE), Wi-Fi, and wired networks. You will work from the Industrial Network Operations Center (INOC) and collaborate with Tier 1-3 analysts, field support teams, and vendors to ensure high availability and performance of our connectivity services.

Minimum Qualifications
- Three+ years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
- Experience with wireless technologies (pLTE, Wi-Fi), SIM management, and ServiceNow
- Experience in industrial or operational technology (OT) environments
- Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant network systems

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network health and alarms across pLTE, Wi-Fi, and wired infrastructure
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and service requests
- Administer and manage SIM cards, including provisioning, activation
- Conduct regular health checks and lifecycle monitoring of network components
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 analysts or vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting for operational metrics
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, firmware patching, and upgrade roadmaps
- Support onboarding of new services and infrastructure to the network
Location
- You will work out of our Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray, Alberta
- Shift-based or rotational schedule may apply depending on operational needs
